Back-link of your website means a link of your website/a blog post, which is on the other website, which refer your website on their blog post. And when you put your link on other website post, it means that, that website gave you a back-link.

4. After searching those websites check for their DA,PA,SS i.e. Spams which is very important.

This is the advance version of the ‘Guest posts’. Many of the websites allows you to write article on their websites but they take some payment from you. So when you searches for the guest post you may find the websites but they will take some amount from you.
 Also if you can approach them for paid guest post then you can do it.

But as mentioned in the guest post before paying someone for back-links you must check the spams of that particular website.Never pay the price as he wants,think about your profit/expensive.
